Project consisted of the second phase of a new pedestrian pathway at the downtown chamber of commerce parking lot on the Durango street side.

Project consisted of removing the existing asphalt pavement and landscaping, new decorative sidewalks, new landscape & irrigation, new lighting, etc.

Completion Time: 7 months (on time)
